North Central College Women’s Golf visiting Brighton Dale Links in Kansasville, Wisconsin. Cardinals taking part in the CCIW Preview, with the course hosting the conference championship from September 26th through the 28th.

Cardinals winding down in the fall-season – Maggie Russell one of two seniors on the roster.

We begin our highlight on the third hole – fellow senior Brianna Ergastolo teeing off on the 160 yard par three. And she lands it on the green to get herself in position for par.

As for Russell, she also finds the putting surface, but it rolls JUST off… still allows her to nail a par on the hole. Russell, the top scoring for NCC, averaging an 82 per round.

Just behind her is junior Alex Brummer. Averaging an 83 through 7 rounds, her approach shot is almost perfect on the 10th hole.

She’ll take that well struck shot, and turn it in to a par, as Brummer sits near the top of the leaderboard.

Russell also looking to convert on the par 4 – and she drains it.

Ergastolo on the 12th hole now, and she’s been steadily the Cardinals third best golfer, averaging a 93 – that’s nearly 4 strokes lower than last year’s mark.

We meet freshman Anna Tomala on the 12th as well – and her putt from just off the green BARELY runs out of steam.

Brummer, also on the 12th… she picks up a par on the 364 yard hole.

Same golfer, different hole – we zoom ahead to the 15th. Brummer just off the green, she chips it to within shouting distance before converting the par.

Still on 15 and Ergastolo in the sand looking up at the cup – and how about that beach shot. Beautifully places it next to the pin – and then drains the put to get up and down.

Final hole – gorgeous setting – and an even better looking putt as Brummer puts a stamp on her day with a par. She leads the team with a 6-over par – good for 4th in the tournament.
