COD Strike Procedures
The College of DuPage Faculty Association announced they have voted to initiate strike procedures and language after the COD Board of Trustees rejected their latest contract proposal. The two parties have been in negotiations since March in an attempt to agree on a new contract. The next step would be a strike authorization vote, which would give CODFA representatives the ability to declare a strike. The CODFA’s previous contract, which covers 304 full-time faculty members, expired on August 14.
