The Naperville Police Department responded to a report of an attempted robbery committed near the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Brainard Street just after 1 this morning.
No Weapon Involved
A weapon was implied but never shown. No one was injured. Police arrested the offender a short time after the incident and charged him with aggravated robbery. No weapon was discovered.
