The Naperville Municipal Center we know today didn’t always sit where it currently does. Prior to the early 90s, city hall was located on Jefferson Avenue in a small, two-story building. The city’s only female mayor, Peg Price, pushed for a new building, which opened its doors on Eagle Street in 1992.
