The Naperville Senior Center recently got a friendly visit from some young goblins and ghouls.
Preschoolers from Bright Horizons spent some time with the seniors for a day and both generations dressed up for the occasion.
“Oh it’s a treat. The kids enjoy the visit and we enjoy the kids so it works both ways,” said senior center member Albert Bartus.
“Well I think at our age to see little children just beginning life and enjoying Halloween and everything it’s perfect,” said senior center member Anne Lahey.
The group played games, sang songs, and the kids got to trick-or-treat with every senior.
This is the second year Bright Horizons preschoolers have stopped by the senior center for a pre-Halloween visit.
