Last month, Anne Pendle became one of only twenty five 12-year-olds worldwide to pass the grueling six hour third degree black belt test. After years of training at World Champion Tae Kwon Do in Plainfield, the Naperville resident is showing everyone that she is one of the premier Tae Kwon Do competitors in the country.
