The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the rezoning of a plot of land on 77th Street.
The Presentation
Ten single-family homes can now be built at the northeast corner of Wehrli Road and 77th Street.
Petitioner Oak Creek Capital Partners sought the annexation of the vacant 3.4-acre lot, so it can be rezoned R1 Low Density Residential and subdivided into 10 lots in order to construct single-family homes.
Why it was Approved
The commission unanimously approved the request, as the land was designated to be low density residential in the city’s Comprehensive Master Plan.
This will go to a future Naperville City Council meeting for final approval.
