Recently DuPage County Board Chairman Dan Cronin presented the State of the County address.

Chamber630 put on the luncheon at Bobak’s Signature events in Woodridge to hear the many accomplishments of 2017, from the approval of a new dispatch center to keeping the county property tax flat.

“We balanced our budget, we didn’t raise taxes, and we’re meeting our responsibilities,” said Cronin. “If I were an analyst on CNBC I’d tell you I’m bullish, or I’m very optimistic, about the year ahead. 2018 will bring new opportunities and the ability to explore further partnerships that will move our county even further ahead.”

Afterward, Cronin answered questions from the audience.

The DuPage County Board will meet next on January 23.
