A new development is coming to the Washington Corridor.
At the last planning and zoning meeting, the commission approved the plans for a three-story building called “The Washington.”
The new development will be located at the corner of Washington Street and 7th Avenue, and will feature about 6,600 square feet of retail space on the first floor and eight apartments on the second and third floors.
The plan now goes to City Council for final approval.
