Benet leading into the second quarter, Prasse picks a different teammate this time, Molly Sheehan for the triple. 17-12
Still in the second. Prasse getting bogged down, gives it away to Brooke Schramek who then hits Ashley Berry for two points, her only field goal of the game. As Benet walks into the locker room leading 34-21.
Benet pulling away in the third, Prasse hits Rodgers for the quick release triple. 11 points for her in the game as Benet outscored montini 11-3 in the third.
Montini trying to keep it close.. Sophia Sullivan to Taylor Charles for the three, with 728 left in the game Montini trails by 20.
Benet looking to shut the door and that’s exactly what schramek does.. grabbing the bucket and the free throw.. a game high 19 points for her as Benet goes on to grab the victory and move on to the super sectionals at Lewis university.
