Gabi Melby and the Naperville Central’s Girls Basketball season came to a close this week but that doesn’t mean we can’t shine the spotlight on sophomore Gabi Melby. She seems to be following in Mia Lakstigala’s footsteps with her range in three point land. She just absolutely drills a deep three as the clock winds down in the season ending basketball game. She is only a sophomore and ended this game with a team high 17 points. Melby is definitely someone to keep your eye on for next year as she grabs this week’s play of the week.
