Three area teams included in the Cress Creek Country Club Quad on a Monday afternoon. Waubonsie, Benet, Naperville North, and Marian all facing off on the with a shotgun start.
First Hole
Starting on the first hole with Waubonsie Will Troy. Pretty close to the club, going for the birdie and he nails it. He would finish in second place on the day with a 38.
Teammate Jacob Fritz a little off the green, but he would get himself on to the dance floor with a good approach shot. He would then put in for par.
Still on the first Hole, North’s Parker Mullen going for the birdie with the chip. He would just miss the cup but putt in for par and finish with a 40, the best Huskie finish of the day.
Fourth Hole
On to the fourth hole now with Benet’s Jack Driscoll. He would finish with a 41 after this par putt, one over the best benet finish which would be Charles Shuster with a 40.
Also on the fourth hole, Jacob Fritz finishing the day with a birdie and the lowest score of all four teams, one under par 35. That would help Waubonsie take the quad with a score of 158. North and Benet would tie for second with 162.
