Another crosstown classic on the courts as Naperville North travels to Naperville central.
First Half
First quarter action and Naperville Central’s Emily Spisak getting open for the lay in to open up scoring for the redhwks.
Little later and Naperville Central’s Karly Maida gets the pass kicked out from under the basket, she rainbows in the three. Central extending their lead 9-2.
Second quarter action now and North’s Abby Drendel keeps the huskies in it as she makes the basket. North trailing 21-20.
Then Naperville North takes the lead as Greta Kampschroeder gets the steal and then the lay in, 24-21.
Second Half
We move all the way to the fourth quarter now as the huskies pushing the energy under the basket. Sarah Crossett goes up once, gets the rebound and then gets the basket. Huskies go on to take the victory 57-41.
