The Neuqua Valley Boys Diving Sectional, taking place on 02/16/19, hosted 12 divers, all looking for their chance at a trip to state.
Up first, Neuqua’s Ethan Tuel. He goes off the board for a forward on and one half somersault, landing him21 points.
Next up, Waubonsie’s Reilly Tremain… He performs the same dive as Tuel, forward one and one half somersault, he finishes with 335.65 points, good for 6th overall.
Cameron Kalish of Naperville Central throws a pretty difficult dive… forward two and one half somersault tuck.. 22 points for that dive and 359.65 points overall.
It’s the blue and orange turns, North Daniel Polski shows his flexibility with the forward one and one half somersault dive. 18 points for that dive and 307.2 points overall for 8th place.
We are looking at Jalen Kaku’s back from Oswego east.. He performs a one and one half somersault dive for 21 points, helping him to third place.
We grabs the top spot and a sure trip to state next weekend? Wildcat Ethan Tuel. One of his better dives… a forward two and one half somersault tuck. He gets the medal for the Neuqua Valley Boys Diving Sectional with 433.6 points.
