Second Half
9 minutes in to the second half and Plainfield looks to get something going. Shea Bechtel from 30 yards out just puts a boot on it and it has just the right angle to hit the back of the goal. Plainfield North cutting in to Centrals lead, 2-1.
15 minutes left to play in this one, and the Tigers want to even up this game. Daniel Cumino feeds it to Evan Lueckhoff but Caden Redpath makes the diving save to push the ball wide.
As the rain just gets worse and worse, Naperville Central looks to run out the time to take home the regional plaque. The take the victory 2-1 and move on to play West Aurora in the Sectional Semifinals.
