Another Senior night symbolizing the swimming season coming to a close. Before we get there though, Waubonsie Valley and the Naperville Central Redhawks have to close out their DVC season.

200 Medley Relay

We start first with the 200 medley relay and Central’s Paige Kolbe anchors off the relay with a big lead, tapping in 1 minute, 52 point 52 seconds.

200 Freestyle

Next up, another 200 yard race, the freestyle. Coming down the stretch is the lone redhawk, Alexa Puccini who finishes in 2 minutes, 1 point 21 seconds. Puccini would also win the breaststroke.

50 Freestyle

Fatest race of the night up next, the 50 free and it’ll be a close one at the wall. Redhawk Paige Collins wins with a time of 25.3 seconds. Waubonsie’s Lauren Lee and Kylie Mears finish in second and third.

100 Freestyle

Next race off the block, the 100 freestyle. This time it’s a warrior with a full body length lead. Kylie Mears wins in 54.93 seconds. Central’s Maggie Toeniss taps in second.

200 Freestyle Relay

Let’s do a relay now, shall we? Off the blocks is the 200 freestyle relay. Jessica Sanders starts the redhawks off nicely and Alexa Puccini rounds it out for the hawks to take first in 1 minute 41 point 54 seconds.

400 Freestyle Relay

We round it out with the final relay of the night, the 400 yard freestyle relay. And another redhawk quad takes it with Alexa Puccini anchoring them to victory in 3 minutes, 42. 84 seconds. Naperville Central will also take the dual meet over the warriors 130-56.
