Hosted by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the State of the City Address, presented by Mayor Steve Chirico of the City of Naperville, serves as an inspiring recap of 2017, and all that that is on the horizon for 2018. The Mayor uses the event as a time not only to recognize Naperville’s accomplishments, but also the people who made it possible, from those making an impact today, to those upon whose shoulders we now stand.
In a special introduction by outgoing KidsMatter Executive Director IdaLynn Wenhold, she calls upon the considerable talents of Waubonsie Valley High School’s Cloud 9 A cappella group to introduce the Mayor in her own signature way.
