May 20 – Blood drive hosted by Will County Commissioner Julie Berkowicz at the 95th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Drive, from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

May 21 – Ride of Silence held by Naperville Bicycle Club, starting point is Trader Joe’s, 44 W. Gartner Road, at 7 p.m. 

May 22 Your Friendly Neighborhood Historian – Community Conversations: A Place in the World at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St. from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Free event but registration required.

May 22 – State of the City 2025 at Embassy Suites Chicago-Naperville, 1823 Arbiter Court, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Registration required.

May 22 – Fire Prevention Presentation by Naperville Fire Department, at Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., at 7 p.m. Free event.

May 22 – Craft by Beer: Radiant Art in the Dark at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St., from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. 21 and older event, registration required.

May 22 – Date with History: Omaha Beach – War Art on a Grand Scale at Cantigny, 1S151 Winfield Rd, Wheaton, at 6 p.m. Registration required.

May 23 through September 1 – Wonder Woods Mini Golf at Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Rt. 53, Lisle. Tickets required.

May 24 – Centennial Beach Opening Day for 2025 season, 500 Jackson Ave.  

May 24 – Hello Weekend launch of Summer Concert Series at Cantigny, 1S151 Winfield Road, Wheaton, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission included with parking purchase.

May 25 – Collective Unity Farmer’s Market at Fox Valley Mall, Fox Park, 195 Fox Valley Center Dr., 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

May 27 – Your Friendly Neighborhood Historian – Naperville Riverwalk, at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St., from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration required.

May 28 Arbor Evenings at Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Repeats Wednesdays through August 20. Tickets required.

May 28 – Volunteer workday at the nursery at Blackwell Forest Preserve on Butterfield Road in Warrenville, from 9 a.m. to noon. Free event for ages 12+, registration required.

May 30 – Moonlit Movies: Inside Out 2 at Cantigny, in Tank Park, 1S151 Winfield Road, Wheaton, 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. (movie begins at sunset).

May 31 – Free Public Stargazing at Astronomy Education Center by Naperville Astronomical Association, at 3712 Plainfield Road, 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Free admission.

May 31 – Greater Chicago Soapbox Derby Local Race on Naperville Track, 1695 Frontenac Road, all day event. Registration required to race.
