Andy Nussbaum has been the leader of the Naperville Central girls basketball and softball programs since the 1980’s and in that time has led the Redhawks to incredible heights. The softball team has made the IHSA state tournament multiple times and remain a constant threat to win the DVC Championship.
Coach Nussbaum led the Redhawks girls basketball program to back to back state championships in 2003 and 2004 behind legendary player Candace Parker.
Andy Nussbaum has also served as an assistant football coach for many years and can be heard as a PA announcer for various Naperville Central athletic events.
