Charleston Row II, a two building, eight-residence development was unanimously approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their latest meeting.
The buildings will be done in the same style as the first Charleston Row development – a 3.5 story six-unit townhome building that is currently nearing completion.
A few neighboring residents came out to speak in support of the development, saying it’s an aesthetic improvement over the poorly maintained homes that are currently there.
Charleston Row II now goes to Naperville City Council for final approval.
