Mike Briggs is now the President and CEO of Little Friends Inc., following the resignation of previous CEO, Kristi Landorff.
Briggs served on the Little Friends Board of Directors from 1988-91, and again in 2016, while also having a successful career in the business world.
“Admittedly my background is in running a business, it’s not in running a social service agency,” said Briggs. “So I have some things to learn about that, but to be able to apply what I learned from a business side and as I do that try to help make Little Friends more efficient, better known, and to do things that I think can help benefit the agency so that we can sustain our self and be here for a long period of time.”
A longtime Naperville resident, Briggs officially took the helm on March 8.
Little Friends serves more than 800 families in the Chicagoland area dealing with autism and other developmental disabilities.
