District 204 Board Member Lori Price recently announced her resignation.
In her announcement at the latest board meeting, she said she felt she no longer had enough time to dedicate to the position.
“My responsibilities and my job do not allow me to contribute fully in the way that I’ve become accustomed to and in the way I would expect a board member to be engaged,” she explained.
Price has served on the board since 2011, and her term is set to expire in 2019.
District 204 will be accepting applications for a new board member to fill the remainder of her term.
More information on that process will be released in the coming weeks.
