As we begin 2017, NCTV17 will be reflecting on its 30 years as a cable television station in Naperville, along with a look back at some memorable moments, or “Pearls of the Past”, over the past few decades. We’ll have several “pearls” each month, starting with a look at how Naperville Community Television began and where we are today.
