August 12 to 15 – Butterflies & Moths – Free Nature Discovery Days by Naperville Park District at Knoch Knolls Nature Center in the River Room, 320 Knoch Knolls Road. Mon. to Fr. 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  

August 12  – Historic Trolley Tour of Naperville by Naperville Trolley, meets at Jackson Ave. at Eagle St., from 11 a.m. to noon. Ongoing event every Tuesday through August 19.

August 12 – Naper Settlement Farmers Market at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St., from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Held every Tuesday through September 23

August 12 – Naperville Millennium Carillon Summer Recital at 443 Aurora Avenue, concerts start at 7 p.m. Repeats Tuesdays through August 19. 

August 12Perseids in the Preserves at Whalon Lake, Royce Road, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. 

August 13 – Arbor Evenings at Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Repeats Wednesdays through August 20. Tickets required.

August 14 – Summer’s End…Memories Begin by Naperville Municipal Band at Central Park, starts at 7:30 p.m. Last concert of the season. Free event.

August 14 Farm-to-Table Dinner at the Firefly Pavilion (Parking lot P-1), Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets required.

August 15 – A Night At the Movies: presenting Inside Out 2, by Naperville Park District, at Rotary Hill, 8:15 p.m. 

August 15 and 16 – Naper Nights Concerts at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St., from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets required.

August 15 Puzzle Swap – Naper Blvd. Library at Naper Blvd. Library, 2035 S. Naper Blvd., Please arrive at 2:30 p.m. to drop off your puzzles, then return at 3 p.m. and let the swap begin!

August 16 Naperville Farmers Market near the 5th Avenue Train Station, 200 E. 5th Ave., from 7 a.m. to noon. Ongoing Saturdays through October.
