In this week’s Naperville Sports Weekly Game of the Week, we traveled to Waubonsie Valley to watch the Warriors host the Wildcats from Neuqua.
Neuqua is just starting their conference season for this game and is coming off a win while Waubonsie looks to get back on the right path after a loss to Schaumburg.
Waubonsie Valley came out with some fire in the first set taking the lead but the Wildcats found their footing and came back for the first set victory 25-15.
In the second set, the Wildcats had no hesitation. They took the lead from the beginning and never looked back thanks to setter Kevin Kauling and his 18 assists and 5 kills on the night. The Wildcats took the match in straight sets 25-15, 25-13.
